Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date. The window starts when payment is completed on Whop.

Files are delivered immediately after payment. Immediate delivery does not cancel or shorten the 7-day refund window.

Request a refund through Whop, from your purchase or through the Resolution Center. Use the email address from checkout. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show the credit.

Requests made more than 7 days after purchase will not be granted, except where the law requires it, or if the files cannot be delivered.

Please request a refund through Whop before disputing the charge with your bank. This policy is the refund procedure for Off Platform.
